The Eureka 4870gz Boss Smart-Vac Upright Vacuum is a really nice vacuum. It has amazing suction power for being so inexpensive. I can just get it close to something delicate, and it will suck dust and debris off it without taking a chance of ruining the item! That was a major perk. It does a fantastic job of fluffing carpets and pulling ground-in stuff out of cushions.

Another great thing is that the Eureka 4870gz Boss Smart-Vac Upright Vacuum comes with some attachments. There are some that you have to buy separately, but at least they start you off with some. All of the attachments are very easy to use, including the 'Power-Paw' mini-turbo head. This is great for furniture, especially if you have pets that leave hair behind! The stretchy hose that came with the vacuum is a really nice perk. You don't have as many moments where you're trying to jockey the vacuum just a little closer because the hose doesn't quite reach. One of the few drawbacks I found on this vacuum was the brush switch was a little difficult to use at first.

One of the best things about the Eureka 4870gz Boss Smart-Vac Upright Vacuum is that it can clean any kind of floor that I've tried it on. It is amazing on carpets, and it transitions to hard floors just fine. Just flip a switch, to go from one to the other. I find it picks stuff up off of hard floors better than other vacuums.

Some members of my family suffer from allergies, so it was a major plus that the Eureka 4870gz Boss Smart-Vac Upright Vacuum has a HEPA filtration system. Anything that cuts down on the dust and allergens is welcome. Too many vacuums just throw the dust around that isn't caught by the suction. The filtration system on this one really seems to grab it and keep it in the vacuum. I'm noticing an improvement in my family's allergies already.

The wide cleaning head really saves time when you are cleaning too. Less trips across the room means more time spent elsewhere. The weight of the vacuum isn't bad either. 25 pounds may sound like a lot, but I don't have any trouble carrying it upstairs or anything.

All in all, I am extremely pleased with my Eureka 4870gz Boss Smart-Vac Upright Vacuum. For being so inexpensive, it is very reliable and does a great job of cleaning the house and the air. People will be satisfied with this vacuum.
