These vacuums work really well! There have been a lot of negative reviews about bagless vacuums, even others by Hoover, but I have been very pleased with this one's performance. The Hoover Windtunnel Bagless Upright Vacuum has all the power you would expect from a big vacuum company, and comes with all the basic attachments. Plus the pet hair removing tool was a nice addition. It does a pretty good job of picking up hair and lint that you don't want on your furniture.

The dirt-finder system has to be one of the coolest things I've seen on a vacuum in a long time. It was an intriguing idea, once it has proven itself to be quite useful. There are few things as annoying as vacuuming, then lying down on the floor to do stretches, only to discover on close examination that there is still dirt on the carpet. This has been happening less thanks to the dirt-finding system. It is a very sensitive system, so it isn't like it only tells you where the floor is obviously filthy. It lets you know even if it detects just a little bit of dirt.

Another thing that stands out about this vacuum is the three air channels that make sure all the dirt gets into the vacuum. When other vacuums kick dirt out the sides or back, that's just irritating! You're going to see a whole lot less of that with the Hoover Windtunnel Bagless Upright Vacuum. This vacuum is also easy to empty out when the canister gets full, which is always a nice option.

It is also impressive how well the Hoover Windtunnel Bagless Upright Vacuum rolls. Some vacuums are heavy and difficult to push, but this one seems to almost roll by itself. This would be a great perk to someone who needed a powerful vacuum, but didn't have the strength to wrestle with one that is hard to push and maneuver.

Even though I think a lot of the nicer vacuums are coming with HEPA filters nowadays, it is still a nice addition that you should always check for. It's just nice knowing that any unpleasant things are being pulled out of the air before it gets circulated all around the room.

Overall, the Hoover Windtunnel Bagless Upright Vacuum is a great option for the price. It doesn't cost an arm and a leg, and it gives you the performance that you expect from a vacuum, along with some really nifty extras. I would definitely recommend this one.
